Black Sheep Cafe in Provo, Utah serves up contemporary Native American cuisine in a chic, modern space. The owner, Bleu, is a seriously impressive woman who scrimped, saved, waited, and scavenged so she could open her dream nearly debt free! She now employs her brother and mother in the kitchen, and her father and uncle in the on-site jewelry and pottery studio. They have food for all palates, from the traditional Navajo fry bread to blue agave glazed rack of lamb. Yet another reason to head down south for a unique dining experience you won’t get in Salt Lake.
